The reality is, each generation has grown up in a different era, and has been impacted by different world events and social issues that shape how they see the world and help define their beliefs, feelings, and behavior. So, closing the generation gap starts with understanding and appreciating those influencing factors.
When I've dared to ask the question, "What if Millennials have it RIGHT?"" I'm often met with sighs and hear things like "OMG, I hope not."
Let's face it, when asked how we feel about a particular generation, especially the younger generations we probably go through a whole range of emotions.
